Jr. High & High School Programs

EXCITING NEWS!!! Our K-6th program success has inspired us to start upper-level programs! We are excited to grow the great sport of water polo in the Madison County and surrounding areas!

Who can play?

From beginners to experienced players, everyone is welcome! Boys and girls of any level can play!

When is the season?

Pre-season begins in late November, regular season play starts in January and goes through early March.

Where are practices and games?

Official practices are held at Wes Deist Aqautic Center in Idaho Falls and BYU-I. Tentative days and times are Monday/Wednesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 7am. Plus dry land once a week. These have not been set yet!

We can compete against teams from East Idaho, Pocatello, Twin Falls, Boise and others in Idaho. Plus teams in Northern Utah such as, Bear River, Cache Valley, Ogden and others. No games or tournaments will be held at Wes Deist. We can play tournaments in Pocatello, Twin Falls, Boise and Utah.

Important Dates:

PARENT & ATHLETE MEETING - Monday, October 26th at 7pm @ Acton Academy: 1223 S Railroad Ave, Sugar City
Pocatello Games - Mid December & TBD
Boise Tournament - Early January
Twin Falls Tournamant - TBD
Boise State Tournament - Late February
Utah Scrimmages - Early March

How much does it cost?

Our Team fee is $300. This goes to pool time fees, equipment, and tournament fees.

Families are responsible for travel and hotel costs. We do have other teams with guest spaces we try to utilize and carpools to keep costs down.

Pocatello and Twin Falls games are day trips. We project there will be 2 Boise tournaments lasting 2 days each, and 1 Northern Utah tournament lasting 2 days.

These are skills that translate well into water polo. To qualify for this deal your team fee must be paid. Classes are Monday 6:30-7:30pm, and Wednesday & Friday 6:30-8pm.

For young swimmers ready to learn water polo no matter their swimming ability. Athletes will build confidence in the water and learn the rules of water polo through beginner challenges and games.

K - 4th Pups

For water lovers who may need a life jacket or are beginner swimmers. Athletes will build passing, shooting and teamwork skills through fun drills and games.

We are excited to announce a new partnership with Wes Deist Aquatic Center! Check their website to register your young athlete. There are currenlty no K-4th sessions scheduled.

Our program holds athletes to a high standard of excellence. This includes showing respect for coaches and teammates by listening, staying engaged, and demonstrating good sportsmanship.

This is an organized, coached environment—not free swim. Athletes are expected to be attentive during instruction. Repeated disruptions (such as going underwater or not listening) may result in additional conditioning or corrective activities.

Our goal is simple: create a fun, challenging, and positive environment where every athlete can grow and enjoy the sport.
